According to wiki, Space Rangers HD: A War Apart is the Space Rangers 2: Reboot + Revolution addon
You do have Reboot (Gog doesn't delete purchased games from your library), you can add 'Revolution' from this thread (remove https if your browser would add it)

No, our SR2 Reboot games will not be upgraded and stay in our game library. If you want the HD remake you have to purchase it. The differences between reboot and A War Apart are pretty clearly detailed on product page (actually the only thing it talks about is what's new): I just ask because I can't see different forum threads and wanted to know the differences.

Wow - thanks for that. Until now I had no idea that was the reason. It's a pretty crappy reason, though at least it probably wasn't their fault and they had to minimise risk.
And it's still better than any reasons Bethesda gives (e.g. why they pulled Fallout/Fallout2 from GOG).

I would like to point out, that MP3 issues are the reason why Unreal series use Ogg Vorbis, and why many other games (including mine, when I used to make them) also use Ogg.
